Features:
Butadiene-styrene-vinylpyridine latex (abbreviated as “VPL” ) is a milky waterborne dispersant with slight blue fluorescence.
Application:
This product is mainly used as soaking adhesive for bone materials in rubber products, such as cord string, cord fabric and cotton rope made from Nylon, Terylene, Vinyon and Glass Fiber. It’s an excellent adhesive to adhere fiber to rubber, to produce rubber products, such as tyre, rubber belt and rubber tubing.
Storage and transportation:
Non-risk product, but flame and high temperature should be avoided.
It has slight unpleasant odor, operator should wear full protective clothing.
It can be stored for 6 months under 5-35℃. If surface skinning arise after 6 months’ shelf life, it can be filtered with a 80-mesh stainless steel sieve, then it is still effective.
